Cyrus Baseghi
President and Chief Executive Officer

Cyrus D. Baseghi is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the OSSI Global Corporation. With over 10 years of industry experience, he brings extensive expertise in management, business development and global sales and marketing. In his current role he is responsible for all aspects of OSSI's business. Previously, he held positions at Malibu Networks, Six Flags, and other notable firms with responsibilities for strategic planning, global sales, marketing, and business development. From 1997 to 2000 he established and managed a privately held consulting firm specializing in technological development.

Benjamin Lu
Director, Sales

Benjamin Lu is the Director of Sales for OSSI Global. Lu comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and it shows in his excellence in management as well as financial understanding. With experience and expertise in the telecommunications business and great managerial skills, Lu has worked for PSC as a managing instructor. Lu is currently operating our Sacramento extension of the Company, and has made many helpful additions to the overall workings as a whole. These include forming strategic alliances with clients and suppliers, as well as developing many of our sales models. With experience in multiple fields of work, Lu is a valued addition of the OSSI Global Family.

Joshua Davis
Director, Maketing

Joshua Davis is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for OSSI Global. Davis is a true professional with expertise in advertising techniques and current marketing trends. Davis creates strategic plans, communications programs, and is able to implement appropriate tactics to keep OSSI up-to-date with the latest advertising and marketing programs. Davis handles both service contact work as well as special project assignments and he is noted for his extensive network of contacts within the media and business world. Davis is in charge of our Southern California office and oversees and manages all aspects of the OSSI marketing model and advertising campaign from there. Davis is in charge of the main look and feel of OSSI Internet properties, promotional material, and press releases. Davis has worked with many companies within the greater Los Angeles area and has helped immensely in providing new looks for OSSI and a number of other companies.

Jill Tomesello
Director, Technology

Jill Tomesello is the Director of Internet Affairs for OSSI Global. With Tomesello's advanced skills, he is able to manage all of the OSSI internet properties and integration systems. Tomesello has a tremendous background in web integration systems and has been involved in many aspects of OSSI. Tomesello has worked for multiple organizations and companies throughout California and is currently working in our Sacramento office. She manages all of the internet properties for OSSI and is always at work developing and maintaining our advanced server integration systems.

Andrea Cummings
Director, Research & Development

Andrea Cummings is an experienced information technology executive with over 10 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of large-scale management, performance, risk management, data aggregation and trading systems. Cummings brings an extensive background in all of our business area, helping us improve our technology and business model.
