12. OSSI SMS program privacy
When you request an OSSI pass by text, OSSI NA, LLC and the organization issuing your pass process your mobile number, the pass and delivery information needed to fulfill your request, consent records, delivery status, and messaging preferences. We also process messages you send to the program, such as STOP and HELP.
We use this information to deliver the pass you request, provide messaging support, honor opt-outs, maintain consent and delivery records, secure the service, and comply with applicable obligations. Your request to receive a pass by SMS does not authorize promotional messages.
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent information, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferable to other organizations' messaging programs. We may provide the minimum necessary information to contracted messaging providers, carriers, hosting providers, and support vendors solely to operate and support this program. The issuing venue may access information necessary to fulfill your pass request. Service-provider access does not authorize independent marketing use.
This SMS-specific restriction takes precedence over general marketing and sharing language elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Disclosure may also occur where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security; such disclosure does not grant permission to market to you.
We retain SMS information only as needed for pass delivery, support, security, consent and opt-out records, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain a limited suppression record to avoid sending messages after you opt out. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact requests@ossi.com . Reply STOP to cancel texts; email delivery remains available through the issuing venue.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OSSI website located at www.ossi.com (the "Site") operated by OSSI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the public marketing website only. Separate agreements, statements of work, and service contracts govern the delivery and use of OSSI's custom software, hardware, and managed services.
1. Use of the Site
Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to use the Site solely to learn about OSSI's products and services, contact OSSI, and access publicly available information. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site.
Prohibited Conduct

The OSSI name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of OSSI. You may not use any OSSI trademark without our prior written permission. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
You may view and download materials from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Site without our express written consent.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OSSI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OSSI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSSI regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
11. Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

OSSI SMS Terms
Program operator: OSSI NA, LLC, doing business as OSSI ("OSSI," "we," "us").
1. Program and message purpose
OSSI provides SMS delivery of passes requested by guests of participating organizations. Messages may contain a secure link to your requested pass, a delivery confirmation, or a response to your support or messaging-preference request. This program does not send advertising or marketing messages.
2. Your choice to receive texts
You may request text delivery by voluntarily providing your mobile number to participating venue staff after receiving the SMS disclosures, or through another clearly disclosed opt-in method. Providing a number for a different purpose does not enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, receiving, or using a pass. You may choose email delivery instead. Request text delivery only to a number you own or are authorized to use.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to the passes and delivery requests you make. You may also receive opt-in, opt-out, and help responses. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.
4. Stop messages
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to cancel further messages from this program. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your pass; contact the issuing venue to arrange email or another available delivery method. If you want to receive pass texts again, contact the issuing venue or OSSI to complete a new opt-in.
5. Help and support
Reply HELP for messaging support, email requests@ossi.com. For changes to your pass or venue access, contact the issuing venue. The SMS sending number is not necessarily monitored for voice calls or free-form support messages.
6. Delivery and pass security
Delivery depends on wireless networks and device availability and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep pass links private and do not forward them to unauthorized recipients. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, notify the issuing venue or OSSI before requesting another text.
